San Diego Zoo Christmas 2009
Jingle the Jungle Bells at Downtown San Diego Zoo This Christmas 2009! The San Diego Zoo’s all new Jungle Bells holiday celebration offers a world of merriment for your family and friends.
Special shows will delight you with holiday cheer, including Dr Zoolittle performing The Night Before Christmas-with a unique Zoo twist. Spectacular birds and avian antics will wow you in our Winters Winged Wonders bird show, and the amazing Fire and Ice show in Wegeforth Bowl presents ice artist Dominique as she uses a chain saw and torch to carve 300 pound blocks of ice into animal sculptures.
Activities abound as well, with animal meet and greets at Treehouse Plaza,sing-alongs at Sydney’s Grill ,visits with Santa through December 23 at Canyon Cafe,and our own special holiday skating rink at the Sabertooth Grill patio in Elephant Odyssey
